Cancellation Policy

I truly value your time and ask that you value mine as well. I kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. I understand that life happens. If this is your first time needing to cancel late, I’m happy to extend a one-time courtesy and transfer your deposit to a future appointment. For subsequent late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, deposits will be forfeited. This policy exists to protect time that could have been offered to another client in need. Thank you so much for your understanding and support as a small, NP-owned business.
